When Julián Castro, the new Secretary of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), wanted to to gather input from business leaders on programs to make affordable housing more energy efficient, they called Promise Energy. We assembled a business roundtable with the leaders of major affordable housing organizations in Los Angeles to discuss challenges and opportunities for HUD to reduce energy costs for low-income residents, and increase access to housing and energy finance.
